We are Emilie and Stephane, a European couple. Years ago we fell in love with the nature, the tranquillity and smiles of Africa's friendliest country. Away from mass tourism, we found ourselves visiting this beautiful part of the world again and again. On our property in Sanyang — Mansa Musso Treehouse Resort — we want to share this inspiring experience with our guests.

The lodge is approximately 30 km from Banjul International Airport (BJL), which is about 45 to 60 minutes by car depending on traffic. We can arrange an airport transfer on request.
When is the best time to visit The Gambia?
The dry season from November to May offers sunshine, low humidity and temperatures around 25-32°C, and is the most popular time to stay in Sanyang. June to October is greener, quieter and warmer with occasional rain showers.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning at the lodge?
Yes. All studios and apartments have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, plus comfortable bedding and soft towels. The property is quiet and off-the-grid in feel, but not in comfort.
